- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Small content and image updates, within reasonable use
- Updates to hours, pricing, contact details and existing text
- Email support for website questions and issues
A separate monthly service, billed automatically until cancelled. Not included unless agreed in writing: new pages, redesigns, new features, SEO, domain fees, paid third-party services and rebuilds. Cancel by email; service ends at the close of your paid period, with no partial-month refunds, subject to applicable law and your customer agreement.
How much does a website cost?
Every site is quoted based on its scope, after we talk. Payment is 50% before project work begins and 50% before launch.
The deposit is refundable before project work begins and non-refundable once it begins, subject to your signed client agreement and applicable law.
What happens on the free call?
It’s about 15 minutes. We learn about your business, show you examples like the ones on this page and talk through what your website could look like. If it’s a good fit, we follow up with a written quote. There’s no obligation.

What do you need from me?
